LODGING:

When guests book the ranch, they get the entire property for themselves. The chef lives in the bunk house and staff is present during the day. Guests have their private space.

There is a minimum of 2 nights stay.

The nightly rate covers up to 16 guests staying overnight. Gourmet breakfast prepared by the chef is served every morning. Guest have access to 8 bedrooms, Game Room, recently retiled pool, heated jacuzzi, small basketball court, tennis court, pond, and more than 131 acres to walk the grounds.

Yes, we can host up to 22 guests comfortably on beds. If required for better accommodation purposes we can make available a ninth bedroom, well appointed with its own private bath still in the main campus, next to a garage. Actually we have had up to 32 people spend the night.... there are plenty of couches available and we can provide up to four queen size inflatable Mattresses along with pillows and sheets.

For guests over 16 people staying overnight we have an additional charge of $ 42. 50 per adult and half price for children 10 and under. Children that are 3 years old and under stay free of charge.

No, to schedule horseback riding is $385 for a professional rider up to 2-3 hours per ride for the group (not per person). Riders can take turns.

Our dining room can fit 20 people comfortably, and in the adjoining rooms can set up two tables of 6 people for a total of 32 people.

Yes, we have 4 bedrooms located upstairs and 5 downstairs that are handicap accessible.

Yes. If guests want to cook their own meals, we require at least 1 or 2 helpers to help find utensils, help cook, serve, and clean afterward for $25 an hour each as long as he is needed. If guests clean up really well and put everything back to the proper order, guests don’t have to request a helper. We have a full size professional kitchen with all the pans, bowls, etc (very equipped).

Yes. If you want to request lunch and/or dinner, the cost per person is:

Our dinners are a served buffet style with usually a soup to start plated and served and then a wide variety buffet. Our chef specializes in Mexican southern traditional cuisine, but he can prepare almost any dish. After booking the ranch, we will send you our menu suggestions.
Lunch and dinner is not served on Sundays.

WEDDING:

We can accommodate up to 200 guests for weddings or special events.

Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before check in will get a 100% refund. At least 30 to 59 days before check in will receive a 75% refund. Between 14 & 29 days of check in will receive a 50% refund. Less than 13 days of check in will not be entitled to a refund.

We can schedule tours during the weekdays between 9:30am- 4pm. Please contact us to check availability.

Tent, round tables, and chairs are included in venue cost.

Events should end by 11pm. Music can still be played until 12am (midnight) at a low volume.

Yes, buffet style. When we offer catering services there is an additional 25% off on the venue fee. Catering services include China plates, glasses, cloth napkins, silverware, linens, and waiters.

No, you can bring your own vendor for your catered dinner. However if catering is not requested, there is a 25% discount that is not applied on the venue fee.

Bride and Groom need to use our TABC Certified bartenders. We do require one bartender per 100 guests. Yes, you can bring in your own alcohol, we do not sell alcohol, which adds up to significant savings for our clients.

PermaVista Ranch on-site manager’s role is to answer questions and watch the property. To keep restrooms clean and stocked during event and take care of any venue related items immediately. Coordinate staff for the Day of the Wedding.

You can bring in your own decor, but it can only be installed in a way that will not damage our facility.

Client is responsible for removing all personal items. If an outside caterer is present, they need to clean up tables. PermaVista will take care of the rest.

We will need the signed contract along with half of lodging (including half of $1000.00 refundable deposit).
