“The PermaVista ranch exceeded our expectations, the wedding was perfect! Totally customizable and catered to you. Ruth worked with us for over a year making sure everything was perfect. She has been attentive, helpful, and goes above and beyond. For example, there was a downpour 1 day before the wedding. Ruth had an extra tent and sidings setup in a few hours. Any last minute problems, Ruth took care of immediately. She is an unbelievable asset to the ranch and a strong leader. Silvio, the chef, prepared many outstanding meals for us, everyone raved about the food. It was phenomenal. The staff are all so happy, and so helpful. Just an absolute pleasure to deal with. We could not have had a better stay, or a better wedding. Words cannot capture how amazing the PermaVista ranch is.”

“PermaVista Ranch made our wedding magical and stress free! Me and my husband can not thank them enough! Ruth was our wedding coordinator she was so easy going and helped us so much during our wedding planning and the day of the wedding I was not even nervous at all I couldn't believe how calm I was thanks to Ruth and her staff. All of our guests loved the ranch and they had a blast! The views are amazing! Also they offer a buffet of breakfast which was delicious and a big plus when you wake up the next day from your big day. The two Chefs were so kind and so was the Pastry Chef she was amazing our cake was delicious everyone loved it! Also she was sweet enough to save our small tier and a piece of the flavor I had chosen. One thing I do regret is not having them cater our wedding. I am sure they would've done an amazing job! So I highly recommend you look into what they offer. Everything else they did was PERFECT! They are very flexible also with our vendors. Our florist was amazed of how flexible and nice they were to them. The price is also really good especially because you get to stay (we stayed 3 days). You will almost pay the same price at other venues just for one day. Me and my Husband can not stop talking of what a perfect place it was for our special day and how the staff went above and beyond for us. We will be back for sure!!”

“First off, this venue is perfect for weddings gorgeous views and amazing staff! Our wedding couldn’t of been any more perfect and simple! Perma vista staff helped out so much and Ruth the coordinator was there the whole time! Plus the staff that made breakfast was amazing! “My husband and I had our dream wedding here. Absolutely beautiful over here. House was cleaned, the lady Ruth is helped us and was outstanding. Our wedding party got to stay and some got to ride the horses with the trainer. They had a blast. We had breakfast Saturday morning & Sunday morning and let me say the cook was not only nice but was also a good cook! Pretty much had a five course meal. We had so many guests from our wedding ask for the information because they were just so amazed. I can’t brag enough as to how much this place was breath taking. I would absolutely recommend this place. It won’t leave you disappointed!”

“We had our daughter's fall wedding here and were so pleased with how everything turned out. The venue itself is breathtaking with the views and the luxurious interior. The game room, tennis court, and pool gave it a resort feeling. We received so many compliments from our guests about the beauty of the place and the fantastic views. The food was incredible. We even had requests for take home containers from our guests. Ruth was amazing at smoothing out any hiccups we had along the way and very patiently answered all our concerns. The staff at the venue was friendly and prompt at setting up our decorations and making any last minute changes we had. We receive many compliments from our guests about how quick and attentive they were during the reception. They were so impressed, some even booked the place there and then for a New Year's Eve party. We would totally recommend this venue to any bride wanting a venue with breathtaking views and luxurious mingling areas.”

“We originally had our wedding planned for May and had to postpone due to quarantine. The venue was so flexible and willing to work with us on a new date. With it being now in September there were still covid concerns and the venue, staff, and coordinator did amazing with the precautions and safety. Ruth is an amazing coordinator and everything went so smoothly and efficiently with her help. She answered all my plethora of questions promptly and helped us with any sudden setbacks. The venue itself was gorgeous and my guests were so impressed with the views, scenery, and aesthetic of the ranch. With rooms on site, we were able to reserve space for our immediate family and enjoy a whole weekend there swimming, grilling, horseback riding, and more. The lodging came with breakfasts which were delicious, and the option of provided dinners. They also provided the catering for the wedding, which was delicious with a ton of variety. I would recommend this place to everyone. Would love to come back and stay a weekend some day since it’s also an Airbnb!”

“We enjoyed our stay! The food was amazing, our breakfast and dinner, fabulous. Our guest felt special and the chefs/servers very sweet individuals. We had a small intimate wedding with 24 guest. We did book the horseback riding and we loved it.”

“Had my wedding there November 3rd 2018. We had the best experience, everything was so easy and with all the rooms the whole family was able to enjoy the night and stay as long as they wanted. From staying the whole weekend to the wedding and horse back riding afterward, everything was perfect. Any questions or concerns we had were laid to rest with a simple text or phone call to Ruth. She was amazing. Helped us with the food tasting (their food is to die for) and the getting the decor and tent ready for the reception, to helping me fix my dress before walking down the isle. I can honestly say I can look back on my wedding day and regret nothing. It was absolutely perfect.”

“We had our company holiday party at the ranch and it was fabulous! The ranch is gorgeous and Robert (owner) and Ruth (manager) were so attentive and helpful. They helped us schedule various activities for the children, including a bounce house and a snow machine. The weather didn’t cooperate with us but it was still a success because there was so much space. I highly recommend this property!”

“HUGE thank you to Ruth for making sure our wedding day went perfectly. Wind was horrible, but she was there and had the staff put siding on the tent to fix the problem. The property was beautiful. The catering was beyond great. Everyone complimented the venue and property. Ruth is attentive to your needs, and is there for you when you need her. The horseback riding was great for the family the day after the wedding. You won’t find many places that your wedding party can stay the whole weekend and have the wedding at the same location for the price. 5 STARS all the way around.”

“PermaVista is an amazing, beautiful space. My now-husband and I had a beautiful wedding celebration there and every. single. guest was wow’d by the location. We are so grateful for all of the amazing amenities on-site + the spectacular food that we were able to enjoy. Both of our immediate families stayed comfortably on the ranch all weekend and had an incredible time. I could not have asked for a better wedding venue or people more helpful in working with us to create a weekend special not only for us, but our friends and family too.”
